We set up our emergency call system in three steps using the 3CX cloud telephone system.
Calls from the emergency call pillar are now forwarded directly to the softphone on the smartphone. For security reasons, only the smartphone can end the call so that no emergency call is lost or does not reach its destination due to incorrect operation of the emergency call pillar.
