R&D Engineer (m/f)

voice INTER connect GmbH offers a position for an R&D Engineer (m/f) with specialisation in the field of signal processing.

Range of Responsibilities

  • Further development, adaptation and maintenance of our algorithms for hands-free communication and speech enhancement
  • Implementation of speech processing algorithms on embedded platforms and resource optimisation

Your Profile

  • Enthusiasm for signal processing respectively algorithms and understanding for application-specific influence factors
  • Distinct mathematic-physical competence, experiences with technical / room acoustics, digital signal processing or integration of algorithms in communication products
  • Experience with algorithm development, acoustic echo cancellation and adaptiv noise reduction or multi-channel signal processing and beamforming
  • Know-how in the field of algorithms and methods for speech quality evaluation
  • Creative, solutions-orientated working style, quick grasp, accuracy and high quality awareness

Your Qualification

  • University degree in electrical engineering, information technology or physics (with specialisation in digital signal processing, acoustics, machine learning)
  • Profound knowledge in the programming languages C / C++ on PC and embedded environments under Windows, LINUX and embedded operating systems
  • Know-how about speech compression in MATLAB or Octave
  • Optionally first experiences with customised development projects
  • English: business fluent
